Cucumber Cooler Drink Recipes with Hendrick’s Gin

Check out Mixologist Victoria Venegas from the Santa Monica restaurant and gastrolounge, The Charleston as she prepares a summertime libation treat. The Cucumber Cooler uses Hendrick’s Gin, sliced cucumber, basil leaves, rosemary, fresh lime and honey syrup to create this signature cocktail

2 slices of cucumber
3-4 leafs of basil
a pinch of rosemary
2oz of Hendricks Gin
3/4oz lime juice
1/2 oz agave syrup

Muddle basil, rosemary and cucumber in a shaker.
Add Hendricks Gin, lime juice and agave syrup and shake.
Fine strain into a cocktail/martini glass and garnish with a cucumber.
